장 자끄 쌍뻬전 - 파리에서 뉴욕까지, Jean jacques sempé - From Paris to New York

장 자끄 쌍뻬는 아주 어렸을 때 '꼬마 니꼴라'라는 책으로 알게 되었다

간결하면서도 유머러스한, 무엇보다도 인간에 대한 따듯한 시선이 담긴 그의 그림이 좋았다

몇 십 년이 흘렀어도 쌍뻬의 그림이 주는 온기가 느껴진다 :)

진정으로 그의 그림은 인간에 관해서 사회학 논문 1천 편보다 더 많은 것을 말해준다

When I was young, I came to know Jean Jacques Sempé through the series 'Le Petit Nicolas'

I loved his drawings which had been simple, humorous and above all, pretty warm viewpoint for people

Even still I can feel the warmth from his drawings :)

Indeed his drawings tell us more things about people than a thousand of the sociological thesis

And his warm viewpoint toward humanity

2 months ago, visited Jean Jacques Sempé exhibition 

그의 그림은 언제나 간결하다

His drawing is always simple

그리고 은은한 수채화나 펜화이다

And so delicate watercolor or pen sketch
